Delivery terms


We use Suomen Posti and Matkahuolto to deliver the consignments. Due to congestion, the products are shipped within 2-4 business days of the arrival of the payment and the products are picked up from your nearest post office or travel service office. You can see the shipping rates for your order on the shipping and payment method selection page. We deliver orders by post and travel service.


The Buyer is obligated to make a return without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the package. Returns are handled through Posti or travel service, and the customer is responsible for the costs related to the return. Otherwise, the seller will consider the buyer to accept the order and will not accept a refund.

The products to be returned must be in the original packaging, unused, intact and the original packaging must be in the same condition as it was before the package was opened. The right of return does not apply to products manufactured according to the wishes of customers.


Checkout is a safe payment method for you. We have a payment institution licence granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group. Checkout payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. If checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment. E-commerce acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and self-defined obligations related to the transaction. If you wish to reclamate or return the product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.


You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP Bank, Säästöpanki, S Bank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy appears as the payer on your bank statement, we will forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your bank to make the payment securely.

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payer with a card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is done safely on a secure payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.


Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the app and can be used to pay online purchases by bank transfer from their account or card payment card by accepting payment in that app.
Pivo also manages transfer payments, in which case the payment can be accepted in any application that supports the Transfer.

Invoice and installment services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto. Collector also offers invoice and installment options for corporate customers.
